Sustainable Purchasing

Konica Minolta is no longer the strategic supplier for multifunction copiers & printers.  If you currently have a lease agreement with Konica Minolta, it will remain in effect until expired, or until your device is replaced.  All current lease agreements include toner, staples and maintenance.

Please have the following information available when emailing or calling about your Konica device:

  • Konica ID # or the Serial Number (These numbers are available on the front of your MFD) *Helpful hint - take a picture of this label with your phone

If you are experiencing an ongoing service issue, are out of toner or need to schedule pick-up of your Konica device, contact:

If this is your first time visiting the new Clean Planet Program Website, click here to register for a new customer ID.  Once your account is verified and the log in information is provided, you will be able to order supplies via the website.

To purchase additional options for your device, fill out and return the Agreement to Purchase Options Form to robincc@umich.edu. Payment method for additional options is by PCard only.

Additional Information

All lease agreements include toner, staples and maintenance.

To request your device be removed, fill out and return the Konica Equipment Removal Authorization form to uofm@kmbs.konicaminolta.us.

To add a user box to device see instructions.  For information on the security for Konica devices please click here. All lease agreements are four (4) year time commitments. Leases for used equipment with no time commitment are available on a very limited basis, for availability information contact Robin Eckel, robincc@umich.edu.
 
For copiers not included in the V-Care program (where copiers can be read remotely), users will need to enter a meter reading from the Konica Minolta page.
