Ordering Information

Short Codes are accepted for catering orders only, and are not accepted for Walk-In orders.  On-Line orders will only be accepted after setting up an on-line account with Traci Lambert.  Please contact Traci Lambert @ (219) 712-3783, or traci.lambert@Panerabread.com for first time buyers, questions, written proposals or to set-up an on-line account. Supply the following information with your order:

  • Correct shortcode to be billed
  • Department name/event location
  • Specific delivery location with university contact and phone
  • Delivery Fee Structure:
  • ·       Orders $50-150; $15 delivery fee

    ·       Orders $151-$249; 10% delivery fee

    ·       Orders $250 and up; $25 delivery fee

Note: It is the unit's responsibility to review all supporting documents for hosted events, including a list of attendees, to ensure compliance with university hosting policy and per person meal limits. See the hosting policy.

Additional Information

Panera Bread is an eSettlements supplier; invoices will appear on the statement of activity as a non-PO voucher.
