U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) – An independent agency of the federal government created to aid, counsel, assist, and protect the interests of small businesses. The dynamic small business search tool is a great place to start.
System for Award Management (SAM) – The official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of Central Contractor Registration (CCR)/FedReg, Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA), and Excluded Parties List System (EPLS). This database has eliminated the need for businesses to register themselves on multiple sites.
Federal Acquisition Regulation -- Primary regulations for use by all federal executive agencies in their acquisition of supplies and services with appropriated funds.
U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce -- Women-owned small business supplier directory.
