The university has contracts with Delta and United for business travel. Negotiated discounts are only available when booking airfare reservations in Concur, the university’s online booking tool, or through Conlin Travel, the university’s designated travel agency.
In addition to negotiated discounts on applicable fare classes, Delta offers the university the following perks:
Delta Airlines is now permitting business travelers from companies with Delta corporate contracts to board as Zone 1 Priority Boarding travelers (even for travelers without SkyMiles status).
Corporate travelers now also have the ability to self-select the complimentary Preferred Seating option. In order to take advantage of this new benefit, travelers should visit delta.com/mytrips, access the ticketed reservation, and select from the available Preferred Seating options in the seat map. Travelers should ensure that their SkyMiles number is located in their Conlin Travel booking profile to make certain they receive this benefit.
Delta Edge Points
Access to Delta Edge Points. Under the university’s Delta contract, the university is provided an allotment of points which Conlin Travel is able to apply toward ticket changes.
