The university welcomes new suppliers who are interested in becoming suppliers and offering their products and services to the University of Michigan community.
The best way to get started is to register with Procurement Services through the Supplier Registration system. You should also review the Supplier Basics to learn more about how procurement is handled at U-M.
Suppliers are also advised to visit MConnect. This program helps university employees identify and establish relationships with enterprises that support diverse, socially responsible, and sustainable procurement activities.
Please note: registration does not guarantee that your firm will be selected to do business with the university. If Procurement Services determines that a supplier is eligible to do business with the university, the supplier will be contacted directly. If you are contacted to do business, you will be notified of the follow-up processes, which may include scheduling an appointment to visit the Procurement Services office.
