This is a University-Wide agreement for commercial and digital print. FedEx Office operates over 2,200 stores nationwide. All stores honor UM’s contracted rates and payment via 6 digit short code (when provided with UM account number).   FedEx Office products and services include large format printing like posters, signs, banners (hanging & retractable), and surface graphics, as well as small format printing like manuals, flyers, brochures, postcards, and presentations. In addition to print, FedEx Office provides professional binding, finishing, and direct mail services. If you are traveling to any FedEx Office Hotel and Convention Center locations, please contact your account manager, Jim Dorgan, for assistance. FedEx Office has many sustainable and fully recycled paper options.

PCards and non-QTO purchase orders are not accepted.

This portal is designed to help customers request quotes from multiple suppliers, select a supplier for each project, record data for later use, communicate via a message board specific to your project, and retrieve historical information on your projects. A U-M ID and a Kerberos password are needed to get started.
