To place an order with legacy EMD Chemicals:

Orders should be placed by logging into M-Marketsite.

Users can also call the supplier at (800) 645-5476or email at Customer.CareDesk@emdchemicals.com and provide a shortcode.

To place an order with legacy Millipore:

Complete an ePro requisition in M-Pathways using supplier ID 0000576429.

PCards are not accepted.

To check on an order status:

1) Contact Customer Care Department at (800) 645-5476or at Customer.CareDesk@emdchemicals.com.

2) Please provide shortCode followed by the P.O. number when calling. Purchase orders are entered and referenced using the shortode first followed by a dash and then the P.O. number.
(Example 123456-3000123456 )

Ordering:

Place orders via Marketsite

Special orders for products that are unable to be placed through M-Marketsite will require ePro requisitions generated in M-Pathways.

To place a special order in M-Pathways:

1. Input order information into an ePro requisition.
2. Attach the supplier provided quote (if applicable).
3. Leave the supplier ID field blank.
4. Assign the ePro requisition to the appropriate Research Procurement Agent.
