This is a University-Wide Agreement for domestic & international shipping and courier service.

This agreement is to be used if the services desired are not available with UPS, such as category A hazardous material. FedEx is a sustainable supplier, consistent with U-M’s values.

U-M is now using eShipGlobal, a comprehensive shipping platform that helps customers find the best shipping rates/methods and offers streamlined billing via shortcode. U-M users can access eShipGlobal through Marketsite+ or in the Buying Blue collection on Wolverine Access. FedEx is one of the carrier options offered through eShipGlobal. Once you’ve logged in to eShipGlobal with your U-M credentials, you’ll be able to create shipments, view competitive pricing from multiple carriers, and track your package through delivery. If you would like to close your previous FedEx account:

• Confirm that your account balance is zero.
• Notify all third-party users that your account will be closed.
• Destroy any pre-printed paper waybills associated with your account.
• If you have a P-Card assigned to the account, contact FedEx Revenue Services at 800-622-1147 to have them remove the P-Card from the account.
• Fill out this request form.
