Buying Blue

Buying Blue is a collection of customer-facing resources designed to promote best practices, create efficiencies, and utilize resources on the Ann Arbor, Dearborn, Flint, and Michigan Medicine campuses.

This outreach approach includes procurement buying reviews as well as networking and training opportunities—all designed to help the U-M purchasing community support the institution’s missions of education, research, and patient care.

A quarterly webinar open to any U-M employee engaged in procurement activities. Created to build community and share knowledge.

Office Hours

Open to all U-M employees, these drop-in sessions offer insight into various topics related to purchasing, travel and expense and time for general Q&A.
