Emburse Enterprise has implemented several new features to enhance user experience and streamline expense reporting processes.
Improved receipt uploading experience:
In response to user feedback, Emburse Enterprise will no longer split multi-page receipts into separate documents. Now, all pages will remain together as a single attachment.
New search field for expense types:
A new search field lets you quickly find the correct expense type when creating or editing expense reports. This eliminates the need to browse through all options; just type what you need, and select the right category.
Burst report notifications now sent to alternate emails:
Burst report notifications for exported reports and cash advance notifications will now also be sent to alternate email addresses listed in your Emburse Enterprise profile.
New rule to prevent PCard submission errors:
To reduce errors, the AI OCR reader now checks uploaded receipts for payment details. If the last four credit card digits on a receipt match your assigned PCard, you’ll receive an alert to add the actual PCard transaction, preventing incorrect out-of-pocket reimbursement requests.
Real-time PCard authorization notifications:
You can now opt in to receive real-time notifications of PCard or Travel Card authorizations—by email, SMS text, or mobile app push. Each alert includes a link to upload your receipt, which will automatically merge with the matching transaction in your eWallet.
Set your preference by clicking your name (upper right), then: Account Settings → Notification Settings → Real-Time Notifications.
New ClientInfo6 field in the third-level detail of CTA transactions:
This field will populate in the third-level detail of CTA transactions in Emburse from the optional Trip Name field in the Reference section on the confirmation page in Lightning. If there is no entry in this field in Lightning, the ClientInfo6 field will not appear at all in the transaction details.
