This is a University -Wide Agreement for Salesforce-related consulting services.

Consultant provides the following Salesforce-related services:

• Salesforce-related project management
• Business process analysis & solution design
• Implementation, customization & development
• Data migration
• System integration
• User training & change management
• Reporting & analytics
• Salesforce health check & audit
• Salesforce AppExchange consulting
• Product updates, ongoing support, or maintenance
• Consulting services for third-party applications and modules integrated with Salesforce, including evaluation, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support.

Department may contact consultant directly

The consultant will create and submit a Task Order outlining the project, timeline and agreed to fees to the unit for review and the appropriate signatures prior to the start of services. Signed Task Orders should be forwarded to the Procurement for assignment of a purchase order.

Orders should be placed via ePro requisition.
