Procurement Services is preparing updates to Marketsite+ catalogs to support U-M’s exclusive pouring rights agreement with Coca-Cola. The target date for these changes is August 3, 2026.
Once the updates are made, beverage products covered by the Coca-Cola agreement will be restricted in Marketsite+. Beginning August 3, the Staples catalog will be the only Marketsite+ catalog offering Coca-Cola products for purchase, and U-M users should purchase available Coca-Cola products through Staples until further notice.
Until the catalog updates are complete, U-M users are encouraged to order Coca-Cola products currently available from Staples and other suppliers in Marketsite+ in support of the agreement.
This change will not affect existing orders placed before August 3.
This is a temporary solution while Procurement Services continues working with Coca-Cola to streamline the beverage ordering process for U-M. myCoke will eventually serve as a 24/7 digital platform for ordering Coca-Cola products, reviewing order history and invoices, and submitting customer service requests.
