A written RFQ with clear specifications and requested due date.

Shipping & Handling

All contract pricing includes one local delivery to U-M Ann Arbor campus or one local delivery to local post office. Additional shipping costs applies to multiple shipments, multiple post office drops, shipping out of state, basically anything additional to one local shipment. Handling is also in the contract pricing for bulk packaging and label. Any custom requirements in packaging or handling/boxing/labeling is additional.

Sustainability

We recycle paper, metal, cardboard and plastics and print with soy-based inks, UV curable inks, and water-soluble coatings. We promote using recycled papers or those certified as FSC (Forest Stewardship Council-Certified Papers).

To reduce greenhouse gas emissions our facility utilizes both indoor and outdoor LED lighting with structural materials/systems to reduce/reuse heating, cooling, and water resources.

Examples of sustainability initiatives we are committed but not limited to: we offer to clients recycling efforts for any unused products. We use chemical free plate processing, soy-based inks, waste/scrap/ proper disposal/recycling of paper, metal, ink, containers, and other components/by products that may pose a hazard to the environment- Prioritizing retooling of parts for reuse. Installation of high Energy Efficient LED lighting and smart heat/cooling systems.
