Additional Information

Company Information.
The Supplier agrees to appoint one individual, specifically assigned to the University accounts, that will respond to inquiries regarding the Services, answering questions related to Sustainability questions, inquiries, and/or complaints. (the “Sustainability Director”).
The Supplier must notify University Procurement Services at least thirty (30) calendar days before removing or assigning a new Sustainability Director.
The Sustainability Director must be available for calls during Normal Business hours, as defined in Exhibit A, local time.

Third-Party Certification.
Supplier will provide, upon reasonable request, documentation supporting any sustainability-related claims associated with its operations or products. This may include the Supplier’s current sustainability assessments, certifications, or audit reports, including its Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (SGP) certification and audit documentation, where applicable. Supplier will notify the University of any material changes to such certifications within a reasonable period following such change.

Reporting Requirements.
Supplier will, upon reasonable request, provide available information regarding its sustainability initiatives and environmental performance, including its current Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (SGP) audit results, Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) greenhouse gas reduction targets, and other publicly available sustainability information.
Supplier is not obligated to develop new reports, collect information not maintained in the ordinary course of business, or report using a specific sustainability reporting framework unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
Supplier will cooperate in responding to reasonable sustainability-related inquiries regarding its operations and environmental initiatives.

Waste & Packaging.
Supplier maintains programs designed to reduce waste and improve packaging efficiency consistent with its operational practices and SGP certification requirements. Upon reasonable request, Supplier will provide available information regarding these practices.

Energy & Greenhouse Gas Emissions.
Supplier maintains Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emission reduction goals through its Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) commitments and measures environmental performance through its Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (SGP) certification program. Upon reasonable request, Supplier will provide available documentation regarding these initiatives.
Supplier does not warrant achievement of any specific greenhouse gas reduction, energy reduction, or carbon neutrality outcome.
