This is a University-Wide Agreement for executive coaching, training, and consulting. Consultant provides the following services:
- Executive coaching for staff and mid-management/ Collaborative executive coaching (2 or more individuals).
- Individual and organizational assessments, including: DiSC®, 5 Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team, Positive Intelligence (PQ/Saboteur assessments), and the Trust Within Assessments™ (Employee Passion Survey, Flexibility and Trust, and Team Alignment).
- Workshop design and facilitation, including: Leadership Development/Management Skills, EQ, Mental Fitness, Conflict Management/Resolution, Communication, and Teambuilding.

Departments contact consultant directly.
The consultant will create and submit a Task Order outlining the project, timeline and agreed to fees to the unit for review and the appropriate signatures prior to the start of services. Signed Task Orders should be forwarded to Procurement for assignment of a purchase order.
Orders should be placed via ePro requisition.
