New Xerox Billing and Service portal now available

Procurement Services is retiring the U-M Billing and Service Portal for Xerox devices. Although the old portal remains active, its data will no longer be updated.

Effective immediately, you can access the new Xerox Billing and Service Portal. This upgraded portal offers all the usage and service data you’re familiar with—plus new features including fax and scanning statistics, device connectivity information, and sustainability metrics. With the new portal, you’ll be able to easily view your monthly usage and service information for your Xerox devices.

To get started, contact your Xerox Service Delivery Manager, Brandon Corbin, at [email protected] or call 312-292-1872. Brandon will verify your account status and help set up a new account if needed. Once your account is activated, Brandon will provide next steps and your portal access details.
