Reminder: Xerox devices in Wolverine Tower

As Wolverine Tower (3003 S. State St.) prepares to permanently close at the end of 2025, all Xerox devices must be moved or returned before December 19, 2025.

If you have a Xerox device in Wolverine Tower, contact Xerox Senior Client Manager, Linda Bruhn ([email protected]) as soon as possible to coordinate your move or return. If you have multiple devices, please begin returning or moving most of them now, keeping only what’s needed until closure.

Important details:

  • Xerox requires at least one month’s notice for moves or returns.
  • Pickups and removals occur on the first three Wednesdays each month.
  • Linda can schedule moves to another U-M location through ViaXerox on any Wednesday.

For a device return, please provide the following information:

  • Removal contact name, email, and cell phone
  • Requested removal date (must be a Wednesday)
  • Device serial number
  • Device location

For a device move to another U-M location:

  • Update the device contact info (name, phone, email)
  • Request and complete the ViaXerox move form from Linda
  • Submit the form and provide your shortcode for billing

Please plan ahead to ensure all devices are moved or returned well before the building closes. Thank you for your cooperation in making the Wolverine Tower transition as smooth as possible.
