Located in Ann Arbor, Dollar Bill Printing provides a broad range of commercial print, mailing, fulfillment, and specialty production services. Our team works with University departments from initial project planning and file preparation through production, finishing, mailing, and delivery.
Services include:
- Digital and offset printing
- Brochures, booklets, manuals, reports, flyers, postcards, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Variable data and personalized printing
- Direct mail and mailing services
- Posters, banners, signs, and wide-format graphics
- Binding, folding, laminating, scoring, perforating, and specialty finishing
- Storage, inventory management, kitting, and fulfillment
- Design, file preparation, preflight, and project consultation
- Online ordering solutions for recurring and standardized materials
Dollar Bill Printing performs the majority of its production in-house and works with qualified production partners when specialized capabilities are required. Dollar Bill remains responsible for project coordination, quality, scheduling, and delivery throughout the process.

Ordering
- Quote to Order (QTO)
Orders can be placed through Quote to Order.
PCards and non-QTO purchase orders are not accepted.
This portal is designed to help customers request quotes from multiple suppliers, select a supplier for each project, record data for later use, communicate via a message board specific to your project, and retrieve historical information on your projects. A U-M ID and a Kerberos password are needed to get started.
