Ordering

The university PCard will be used for all reservations for executive car, SUV, and limousine made via the U-M Online Booking Tool (preferred method). Online reservations through the booking tool will receive a 2% discount. When using the contract for personal use payment will be accepted via personal credit card.

University purchase order or PCard can be used for reservations made by calling Golden Limousine directly 24-hours a day / 7-days a week at(800) 300-5151, option 1. For purchase orders use supplier ID 0000642881.

For Golden’s MODE Taxi Service call(734) 249-6007, option 6.

Please supply the following information with your order:

• Correct credit card or purchase order to be billed (Please do not submit PCard information via fax or email)
• Department name
• Specific pick-up / drop off information with university contact & phone
