Order process:

• Department contacts the Supplier directly
  • The supplier will work with the requesting unit to draft a Statement of Work (SOW) including the following information (if applicable)
    • Project details
    • Deliverables
    • Timeline
  • Once SOW is completed, the requesting department will submit a Marketsite+ Contract Request Form for a new contract referencing the Contract Number of the Master Contract in the Request Form Summary field (Contract number located on SOW).
  • Procurement will review the SOW, confirm pricing aligns with Master Contract, and facilitate the signature process. After SOW is signed, the Department will submit an ePro requisition referencing the appropriate Contract Number (please obtain contract Number from Procurement Agent)
