U-M employees, retirees, students, and alumni can attend a virtual town hall on pouring rights at the university next month. The town hall will include background on the RFP process, messages from prospective suppliers, benefits to the university, a Q&A session, and information on next steps.
The university community was invited to complete a survey on pouring rights last fall as part of the selection process and the town hall will address common themes from the survey responses.
Two town halls are scheduled—both will include the same information—to accommodate the U-M community:
Tuesday, February 17, 2026 —5:30 to 6:45 p.m.
Register: https://umich.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_rIopstDlRRaJ1sWepZuY9Q
Wednesday, February 18, 2026 —1 to 2:15 p.m.
Register: https://umich.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_TdvBbZsUQ8WbDHc3jaiIMg
The registration form allows attendees to submit questions/feedback for the Q&A portion as well as indicate any special accommodations they may need to participate in the town hall (e.g., live captions and ASL).
