Deliveries - We are scheduling appointments for deliveries from the Ann Arbor, Flint, and Dearborn campuses as well as Michigan Medicine. Please send your Declaration of Surplus form (DOS) to email@example.com to schedule your delivery. (Please note, we are currently scheduling into October/November 2021.)
Shopping - After 4 pm each Thursday, feel free to check out the new items listed on our sealed bid webpage. Prior to the bid ending the following Monday at midnight, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what specific bid lot(s) your department is interested in. Departments have the first right of refusal on any items listed on the bid. This means, your department can buy the item for $1.00 over the highest bid we receive. You can either accept the price or we will award it to the highest bidder. We will notify you on Wednesday morning and ask you to reply by 1:00 pm the same day. We will just need confirmation that you agree to the price(s) and what shortcode you would like to use for the purchase. We will then work with you to schedule a curbside pickup of your items or delivery if your department is interested. This policy is honored on a first-come, first-served basis. If you'd like to receive bid notifications via email, please send an email to email@example.com (with the subject line "Sign me up!").
Your department can also complete this simple Google form with your contact information, a shortcode, and detailed request. Once we receive your request, we will check our current inventory and email you with a short description, specific attributes, and photos of any items that might meet your needs. Once your department has decided to make a purchase, we will charge your shortcode and schedule an appointment for you to pick up your items. (If you are with Michigan Medicine you'll need to leave off the "med" from your email address when logging in.)
