Property Disposition is responsible for the disposal of all university property designated as surplus by U-M schools, colleges, and units, per SPG 520.01 on Acquisition, Use and Disposition of Property. Examples include computers, equipment, and furniture. The mission is to sell, recycle, or dispose of surplus equipment to the best advantage of the University of Michigan. Generally, 90% of the proceeds are returned to the department.

Monday: 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Closed from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for lunch
U-M faculty/staff hours for personal needs:
U-M employees doing personal shopping must shop during the general public shopping hours.
