This is a University-Wide Agreement for domestic and international shipping and logistics, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage.
PGL (DBA of Perimeter International) is a global transportation company, contracted for freight cartage (over 150 pounds or larger than small package couriers will accept) and customs clearance, including clearance of shipments with duty-free exemptions and shipments with ATA Carnets.

Contact PGL for all imports.
- PGL Shipment Booking Form should be filled out by the U-M department requesting the facilitation of the shipment, with assistance from third parties when needed.
- The completed booking form should be emailed to PGL at [email protected] to begin the shipping process.
Always engage Procurement for shipments valued at $10,000 or more, or if you have questions about your shipment.
