Negotiated discounts of between 2-10% and additional perks are available when booking airfare reservations through the university’s designated travel agency, CTP, using the online U-M Travel Booking Tool or via agent assistance.

Additional Information
Travelers should ensure that their SkyMiles number is located in their CTP Profile to ensure they earn miles and MQDs, and have access to SkyMiles status benefits. Enroll in Delta SkyMiles.
In addition to negotiated discounts on applicable fare classes, Delta offers the university the following perks.
Priority Boarding
U-M business travelers can board as Zone 5 Priority Boarding travelers (even for travelers without SkyMiles status).
Preferred Seating
U-M business travelers have the ability to self-select the complimentary Preferred Seating option. Preferred Seats include those in the first few rows of Main Cabin, exit rows, and select window and aisle locations. Travelers can select Preferred Seating options directly through Delta’s website (delta.com) or mobile app after booking their flight with CTP.
Corporate Name Change Program
Delta’s Corporate Name Change Program provides units with more flexibility in applying the value of unused tickets towards a new booking allowing better utilization of the travel budget. Under the Corporate Name Change Program, U-M receives a reduced Name Change fee of $100.00 (from $150.00). Name Changes are available through CTP when the original ticket was booked in U-M’s Travel Booking Tool or directly with a CTP agent.
