Contract Type: University Contract

CIBTvisas is a Big 10 Academic Alliance contract extended to the University of Michigan used for travel visa and passport services. The company is the leading global provider of immigration and visa services for corporations and individuals.

CIBTvisas can only assist with individuals traveling from the U.S. to an international location. They do not provide services for individuals to enter the U.S.

Please note that visas and costs related to travel visas are allowable when necessary to accomplish the official business purpose of the trip, however the university does not pay passport fees.

Additional Information

This contract can be used by anyone traveling for university business, including employees, students, contractors, and guests. It can also be used by employees for personal travel.
