Procurement Services has awarded University-Wide Agreements for secure document storage and records management services to Vital Records Holding DBA VRC (new agreement), and Iron Mountain (renewed agreement).
These suppliers were selected after an in-depth evaluation by a cross-functional team composed of U-M representatives, with a special focus on pricing and customer service.
They offer the following services for UM-Ann Arbor, UM-Dearborn, UM-Flint, and Michigan Medicine, including Sparrow and UM Health-West:
