Procurement Services provides regular training opportunities and virtual office hours to the university community related to a variety of topics.  Recent training activities have focused on sharing information related to the move to Collegiate Travel Planners as U-M’s designated travel partner, as well as changes to the process for declaring university-owned property as surplus. Flint Campus Procurement Transition Information Session | June 29th, 2023 10 – 11am and July 6, 2023 2-3pm

Effective July 1, 2023 end-to-end support for purchasing-related activities for the Flint campus are provided in partnership by the Shared Services Center (SSC) and Procurement Services at UM-Ann Arbor. To help prepare for this transition, information sessions were hosted which included an overview of procurement policies and best practices, where to go for support, and a number of system demonstrations.
