If you suspect fraudulent activity on your PCard/Travel Card, follow these steps to protect your account:
- Report immediately: Contact JPMorgan Chase at 800-270-7760 to report any suspicious charges. JPMorgan will investigate and credit your account for confirmed fraudulent charges.
- Reconcile transactions: Use the same shortcode to reconcile both the fraudulent transactions and the corresponding credits, so they offset each other. If any charges are later confirmed as valid, they will be reapplied to your card.
- Enroll in fraud alerts: Stay protected by signing up for U.S. cardholder fraud alerts to receive SMS text and/or emails notifications of suspicious activity. Visit ccportal.jpmorgan.com to enroll and respond to alerts quickly.
- Verify alerts: If you have concerns about the authenticity of any alert, contact JPMorgan Chase Customer Service using the number on the back of your card.
