**RESOLVED – Users who had been previously unable to login via SSO may now do so, however, it is crucial that they clear their browser cache before reattempting to login.**
Currently, some users are not able to log into CTP’s Portal, Profile, and Lightning. CTP is working on this issue. If you need to book travel urgently, call CTP and work with an agent. When working with an agent, users should let the agent know that they tried to book online but it was down, and the user will only be charged the $4 online booking fee, not the $25 agent assistance fee.
