Beginning November 20, local businesses can attend a virtual four-part training program that was specifically developed to provide guidance on joining the U-M supplier community.
The university purchases a diverse range of goods and services to support its missions of education, research, and patient care. Against that backdrop, the Prepare for Procurement at U-M Program offers, among other things, practical insight into the university’s procurement processes, tips on developing successful business relationships, and information on the key steps to becoming a supplier at the institution.
This flyer offers more details on the training program, including registration links for each of the four webinars, which start later this month and continue through March. Note: The first two parts of the program will be virtual while parts 3 and 4 will be offered both virtually and in person (location TBD).
Questions about the training program can be sent to the Social Impact Programs Team.
