This is a University-Wide Agreement for food and catering.

Purchasing Guidelines

It is the unit’s responsibility to review all supporting documents for hosted events, including a list of attendees, to ensure compliance with university hosting policy and per-person meal limits. See SPG 507.10-1 for the hosting policy.

Please supply the following information when placing an order:

  • Shortcode
  • Department name
  • Location for delivery with contact name and phone number

Shipping & Handling

A standard delivery charge of $10 will apply to orders within the downtown/central campus area.

The charge for orders outside the downtown area may be more, depending on the distance from Afternoon Delight.

There is a $15 delivery charge for any order less than $100.

Additional Information

This is an eSettlements supplier. Invoices will appear on the statement of activity as a non-PO voucher.
