U-M Health Contracts & Procurement

The U-M Health Contracts and Procurement Department is part of The University of Michigan Procurement Services Department. Authority for the procurement of goods and services lies with the Regents of the university. The Regents have delegated this authority, through the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, to Procurement Services.
