Please join us at the Spring 2024 Travel Supplier Showcase! Come meet some of the university’s preferred travel suppliers, learn more about U-M’s travel program, enjoy some light refreshments, enter to win some fantastic prizes, and pick up some swag!

RSVP
Although an RSVP is not required to attend, we ask that you please complete this form if you are interested in attending to help us with an estimate for planning purposes.
Employees who RSVP before April 19 will be entered in a drawing for a game day clear tote. Winners will be contacted the week before the show and can pick up their prize at the show.
TSA PreCheck Interviews
IDEMIA, an official and authorized enrollment services provider for the TSA PreCheck traveler pre-screening program, will be onsite at the Supplier Show on May 7 for new enrollment interviews. To use this service:
- Complete your application online.
- Register for an appointment using code “SP-UMTRVL” in the Zip Code/Airport Code search field. Select the “Walk-in” appointment option.
- Attend the supplier showcase on May 7. Interviews will be on a first come, first served basis between 11 a.m to 2 p.m. You must arrive before 2 p.m. to receive an interview. Make sure to bring all required documentation, as well as your Mcard to enter the show.
Please note that application fees for TSA PreCheck are not a U-M business expense and must be paid for personally.

The first 300 attendees will receive a set of U-M branded packing cubes as a thank you for attending.
Attendees can also enter to win one of several fabulous prizes. Drawings will be held periodically throughout the event, and the winners will be announced in real time. Employees must have attended the show at some point, but do not need to be present to win. Prizes include:

From I-94:
Attendees arriving from I-94 (e.g., Detroit Metro Airport area) should take Exit 175 (Ann Arbor-Saline Rd). Turn north onto Ann Arbor-Saline Road, which turns into S. Main Street after approximately one mile. Go past Stadium Boulevard and turn right onto E. Keech Ave after passing Michigan Stadium. Turn right onto Kipke Dr. From Kipke Dr, turn right to enter the parking lot for the Jack Roth Stadium Club.
Attendees can park in any available space in local lots, including:
- SC1 (no pass required)
- SC4 (Yellow)
- SC5 (Yellow)
- SC6 (Orange)
If you have a parking pass, we ask that you park in one of the Yellow or Orange lots and leave the limited number of visitor parking spots available for those who do not have a pass.
