To place an order with legacy EMD Chemicals:
Orders should be placed by logging into M-Marketsite.
Users can also call the supplier at (800) 645-5476or email at [email protected] and provide a shortcode.
To place an order with legacy Millipore:
Complete an ePro requisition in M-Pathways using supplier ID 0000576429.
PCards are not accepted.
To check on an order status:
1) Contact Customer Care Department at (800) 645-5476or at [email protected].
2) Please provide shortCode followed by the P.O. number when calling. Purchase orders are entered and referenced using the shortode first followed by a dash and then the P.O. number.

Antibodies & Proteins shipped from EMD Millipore’s Temecula, CA location:
Normal charge: $29. Flat fee. FedEx overnight.
University of Michigan charge: Free of charge.
Legacy EMD Chemicals products (e.g., Calbiochem; inhibitors, proteins) shipped from EMD Millipore’s Temecula, CA location:
Normal charge: $22. flat fee + $25. Dry ice charge if applicable.
University of Michigan charge: Free of charge.
Legacy EMD Chemicals products (e.g., Solvents, bulk chemicals) shipped from various EMD Millipore locations:
Normal charge: Shipping charge assessed by courier + $27.50. Dry ice charge if applicable.
University of Michigan charge: Free of charge.
Shipments from EMD Millipore’s St. Charles location. (Legacy Millipore products; ELISA and Multiplex kits):
$47. Flat fee. FedEx overnight; -or- $57. Flat fee (FedEx overnight) for special orders: late pickup, priority one, etc.
University of Michigan charge: Free of charge.
Legacy Millipore products ordered direct and shipped from Taunton, MA warehouse (e.g., filtration products, protein concentrators, cell culture systems):
Shipping charge is based on size / weight / distance of shipment + $9.56 handling charge. Typical average total charge is $20. Large orders (pallets, etc) will have higher shipping charges based on courier’s charges. Note: this shipping charge is waived if the order also includes items included in the categories above. For example, if the order is for a box of filters, the shipping charge is approximately $15. If the order consists of a box of filters and an antibody, the shipping is free for both items.
