Reliable Delivery
Request a new accountby sending request to UofM@reliabledelivery.com. Remember to include your unit name, contact information and bill-to ShortCode.
Once your account is established, orders can be placed via Reliable Delivery’s online ordering web page:http://reliabledelivery.com/
- Delivery confirmation/signatures – This is available through normal set up of on-line accounts, auto Proof of Delivery (POD) can also be setup and sent directly to any identified account user with a valid email address. This would be sent ASAP and in real time.
- Regular business hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.. STAT delivery charges will incur on any requests beyond normal business.
- Courier can be dispatched within 15 minutes of a “Stat” request
- Cost of delivery can be provided at the time of pick-up of a Stat delivery order
- Stat requests within the City of Ann Arbor delivered within 60 minutes of request
- Electronic confirmation/Proof of Delivery (via signature tracking) and tracking of all packages for ALL deliveries
- Temperature-controlled delivery and warehouse/storage environment for items that require to be kept frozen, cold, and/or insulated.
Services and customer support are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
