This is a university-wide agreement for branded apparel and promotional items, such as customized sweatshirts and t-shirts; promotional products, such as logo items to promote your unit; and recognition products, such as employee recognition or retirement. This supplier is an official supplier of branded apparel of U-M logos for the university. Staples Promotional Products is a U-M licensee with an understanding of proper usage for logos, branding & taglines.
University contract discounts will not be provided if ordering directly from the Staples Promotional Products retail website.
Purchasing Guidelines
Products can be ordered via the M-Marketsite catalogs; however, large volume orders may be discounted further by the supplier. Contact the supplier or Procurement for assistance.

Orders should be placed by logging into M-Marketsite.
When ordering custom logo items, SPP will not charge for the following services: art design, set up, proof approval(s). Other production charges may be waived, on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping & Handling
Products will be shipped via UPS or FedEx, with freight charges determined based on order volume. Additional freight charges may apply for special delivery, rushes or special order Licensed Products.
