This is a University-Wide Agreement for multi-function copiers & printers.
Xerox is a strategic supplier for use with multi-function copiers & printers. This agreement with Xerox provides printing, copying, and scanning as a service. Xerox offers 10 device types including floor models and desk top models, in black and white or color. All devices are leased for 60 months and have a monthly charge as well as a cost per page. All services provided by Xerox, including needs assessments, installation, maintenance service, toner, staples, and toner recycling, are included in the cost-per-page price of $0.0139 cents for black and white images and $0.0529 cents for color images.

| Ordering New Devices (Xerox Lease Program) | Use this portal to order new devices as part of the Xerox Lease Program. | Complete the Account Request Form *Already Registered? Access the new equipment ordering portal. | Self-register by filling out the Account Request Form. A Xerox Team member will receive a notification and they will create a user account. When that account is created it triggers a notification email to the user saying you have an account now you have to go in and activate it The email will come from [email protected]. The subject line will read Activate Your Xerox Account. There will be a link to take you to the activation page. There is language around what to expect and that the link is valid for only 72 hours. Once you have activated the account, you can use the main link to the portal to access the store, manage your profile and if required reset your password. Requests made before 1-2pm EST, are handled within a few business hours. Requests made later in the day are processed first thing the next morning. |

Grandfathered Xerox Devices
Xerox has provided multifunction devices to the university since 2016. Those devices are owned by Xerox, with the only cost to the university being a cost-per-page price of $0.0165 cents for black and white images and $0.0529 cents for color images. Xerox has discontinued that program, and future devices must be ordered through the lease program. At this time, Grandfathered devices can remain in place.
