Earlier this year, U-M announced that its expense reporting system will be upgraded to a new software solution called Chrome River, with a targeted go-live date of August 1, 2024. Concur, the university’s current expense reporting system, will be retired on September 30, 2024. To learn more about Chrome River’s interface and features, check out this sneak-peek video:
For more information about the transition to Chrome River, please visit the project webpage, which is updated on a regular basis and features key announcements and an FAQ. A wide variety of training materials, including detailed job aids, eLearning, and office hours, are also being developed These materials are expected to be available well ahead of the launch, giving users plenty of time to prepare for the move to Chrome River.
