Group Travel
Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP), the university’s designated travel partner, offers a dedicated team of agents who specialize in group travel arrangements. This team can assist you in making travel arrangements for groups of 6 or more, including booking airfare, hotel rooms, and rental cars. In addition, it offers meeting planning services such as booking hotel room blocks of 10 or more, bus charters, and conference rooms.
- Start the process by completing the required Group Booking Request Form. You’ll receive a confirmation email from CTP for easy tracking of your booking.
- CTP agent email CTP will contact you within 24-48 hours of submitting the form to confirm receipt of the request, travel needs, PCard information, and introduce the dedicated CTP group travel agent with whom you’ll be working.
- Review and approval The CTP group travel agent will send estimated fares for your review and approval before finalizing the booking. Note: Contracts for hotel or conference meeting space $10,000 or over require approval and signature from a buyer in Procurement Services.
- Final itinerary invoice After the booking is finalized, CTP will email you a final itinerary invoice.
